Great views of the surrounding natural beauty and a breakfast that was filling enough to keep you going till lunch. Location was great for a New Year's party with good access to their downtown area for a range of options. The staff was also very friendly which made the stay more enjoyable.

The bedding was not very comfortable and seemed quite old. The overall design and decor of the place felt old-fashioned and seemed quite out of date.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home. Our room had a beautiful view of the volcano and the lake. The location, right by the lake, was perfect for strolling along the promenade. Additionally, the cleanliness and facilities were top-notch. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast with its stunning lake view.

The hotel's location was amazing, right by the lake and in the heart of the town. We were able to walk to restaurants, shops and even a grocery store. the view of the nearby mountain was breathtaking and added an extra element of charm to our stay. the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

Our room was a bit dated with worn furnishings and very few outlets for our electronics. Breakfast was decent, but lacked variety, and could use some improvement.
